Rishi Sushi Kitchen & Bar

I stopped by a sushi restaurant within walking distance of my hotel for a quick late-night bite. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly staff. I took a seat at the bar and quickly connected with the bartender, Brandan, who was super sweet and welcoming. I ordered my usual à la carte sashimi favorites—Salmon (Sake), Mackerel (Saba), and White Tuna (Shiro Maguro)—along with the Spider King Roll (soft-shell crab tempura). The sushi was fresh and flavorful, though the soft-shell crab was slightly over-fried, which made it difficult to taste. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.

Great little sushi place downtown Columbus! Not too crowded on a Thursday evening and service was great. Rolls were excellent. Best crab Rangoon I have had in a long time!

This is my go-to take out sushi spot for downtown! Everything is always tasty, comes out timely, and the staff is always friendly. I eat here at least once a month. The only complaint I have is that the sushi portions can be unpredictable. The last few times I have went there, I have not had much fish in my sushi orders. One of my favorite dishes is the Japanese Curry! It always hits the spot!

It's a beautiful restaurant, modern look and feel. Overall great service and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend the Plum & Blackberry Mule, Lichi Saturn (Gin), or the Cherry Blossom (bourbon) cocktails. Wide selection of sushi options, with some of our favorites being the Fire Dragon, Alaskan Volcano, and the Columbus roll. If you're not a sushi person, they do have other offerings such as Ramen and Noodle bowls, and stir fry. *Please Note - they don't offer fried rice, and the dish aren't spicy/bland side

In Columbus for OU parents weekend and wanted some Japanese food. The atmosphere here was great and a good selection of Japanese food favorites, including Sushi of course. It was nice to get out of the short North crowds. Would definitely come back next time we are in Columbus.
