-SHIPPING- I arrived at 06:45 for an 08:00 appt. I parked in the staging area before walking to the shipping window next to door 8. After checking in they told me they would call me with a door #. Got the call at 08:20 with door #5, very easy back if no one is blocking the docks (from the staging area, you must exit to Montreal Rd and come back through the entrance to get in your dock/NO RIGHT TURNS FROM STAGING AREA) I was a day early (Sunday) and parked overnight behind the movie theater just 1.2mi away for my Monday PU, no one bothered me. There is no overnight parking at the shipper staging area, so don't even try. Also no overnight parking at the Northlake Mall down the street (got ran out by security) or the Decatur Mall (which is completely demolished now)

Pulled up 20:45, got a door by 20:54. They started unloadin’ 21:09 and I rolled out w/ my papers by 22:32. My appt was set for 22:00, so shoutout to the crew — they moved quick fr. If u get a morning appt, check some of the reviews lol, but at night everybody tryna get home fast anyway 😂

Also known as Rise Bakery. Super super tight parking so don’t arrive more than an hour early. No over night parking. Park and walk to guard who will direct you to driver check in window. Once again, super tight parking so be mentally prepared. Four stars for the guard desk folks.

Appointment was at 10 didn’t get door until 11:30. Where the white truck in the photo is parked it says no parking so that way truck have room to get into the docks. If you have to wait for a door I suggest leaving and waiting for them to call you, the waiting spots for trucks is made for box trucks not semi trucks you’ll struggle and hit the muddy curb if your not a veteran backer…plus when you get a call for a door I suggest going to the exit, backing up through open gate, then go back from where you came towards the docks so you can avoid blindside backing.

When you leave any staging area turn left go back out to the street and come back in. DO NOT PARK IN THE AREA THAT SAYS NO PARKING THE GUYS IN THE DOCK NEED THIS AREA TO GET OUT OF THE DOCKS AND TURN!!!
