Rio Blanco Family Restaurant

It's been awhile since I left a review but I need to leave one for this place. The food is fresh, authentic and flavorful. When we tasted the chips and salsa they placed at the table I knew it was on - so good. Salsa perfect blend of spice and flavor.. The burritos, rice and beans, tortilla soup were great. Servers are really friendly and did a great job. We will certainly make Rio Blanco a part of our restaurant rotation.

Exceptional food and lots of it. The service was the 6th star! Our waiter made us feel like family as soon as he walked over. He was attentive without hovering. The food was delicious and served quickly, but not so quickly that you knew it was freshly made. We will remember this experience and revisit whenever in the area! Thanks for the hospitality.

Taco truck up road near the junk yard was closed tonight so I had to go to this restaurant. Staff was friendly and swift. Got two orders of street tacos with all the fixings and a cheese Enchilada in under 15min. I thought it was pretty pricey until I got hot to eat thr food. Well worth the price. Will definitely be back for more tacos and other stuff.

The service was amazing. We had our order in right after we sat down. The food was perfectly cooked and delicious. I had the carne asada. I highly recommend eating here if you love Mexican food and great service!

Unfortunately, my experience at Rio Blanco was a letdown. The food was bland and Americanized, lacking the bold flavors I expect from a Mexican restaurant. When I dine on Mexican cuisine, I crave authentic flavors, but what I got was a watered-down version that didn't hit the spot. Needless to say, I won't be returning. If you're looking for authentic Mexican flavors, you might want to look elsewhere.
