Cake & Crumble

Had a great experience ordering a cake from Janae's website for our wedding! We didn't want a full customized cake but Janae still added bows to match our wedding colors and delivered for a small fee. Plus the cake was delicious and all our gluten free guests were very pleased!

Jenae at Cake and Crumble was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, she was wonderful to work with, and she created the most perfect cake for our wedding. It was not only beautiful to look at but also absolutely delicious—our guests are still talking about it! She really listened to what we wanted and brought our vision to life flawlessly. Every detail was spot on, and the cake fit our day so perfectly. On top of that, Jenae was so kind, professional, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Time and time again, Jenae at Cake & Crumble has delivered above expectations with baked goods for our gluten free family. Truly, I kid you not — if she didn’t advertise that her products were gluten free, you wouldn’t be able to tell by the taste or texture. She made my wedding cake and many guests at the wedding didn’t know it was GF and most said it was the best wedding cake they’ve ever had, GF or otherwise. She has perfected her recipes which do not sacrifice aesthetics, flavor, texture, density, moisture etc. in the name of being GF. As long as she bakes, I will be a loyal customer. Jenae did a fantastic job with our wedding cake, in both taste and design! She was able to accommodate additional dietary preferences/restrictions beyond just gluten-free, including making the cake vegan and tree-nut free. Jenae also made a personal-sized cake without vanilla and cinnamon for my Grandma (that cake did have dairy, but no nuts). Multiple guests were shocked to learn that our cake was gluten-free—a true testament to the quality of Jenae’s baking! I had an easy time communicating with Jenae throughout the wedding planning process, and I truly appreciated that she called me when she had questions about her notes for our cake design to ensure that the final product met our vision. We love Main Street Baking Co.! As a cottage business (home based, permitted commercial kitchen) they may be one of Auburn's best kept secrets. We were lucky enough to grab some of Main Street's holiday cookies, which were decorated so wonderfully it was like Pinterest in real life. Ordering, payment and pick up was a breeze. Main Street's delicious baked goods are also available at local businesses and coffee stands. Main Street's artistry is astounding and we can't wait to order from them again!
