Food was fine. When I got the receipt to pay I used the QR code to leave a 15% tip. The receipt had showed a 20% tip. Due to the difference in the total payment the staff kept me there because it didn't match what they expected. Repeatedly told that the tip could not be changed because the manager isn't here. The amount could not be refunded to pay their mandatory tip amount because the manager isn't here. If a 20% gratuity charge is mandatory for dining in this should be explicit. Refused to give me a paper copy of the receipt. They deserved a 0% tip for acting like I was trying to leave without paying and a refresher on what a tip is.

Food was authentic and delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. Needless to say the atmosphere was also very lively playing great bachata. Will be recommending this place and coming back very soon.

Unfortunately, I too, had a bad experience. I walked in & there were no bar seat which was okay but an inconvenience. I then asked the bartender to be seated. S serve came out and obliged. Once bring seat after a few moments (to long in my opinion) she brought me a menu lucky as I was standing by the bar I grabbed a Togo menu so I was already technically fine (I guess) to make a long story short; the waitress too forever to take my order the food took forever to come out she never approached me in the 40 minutes I waited about when the food would be ready. Had she done so I would’ve put in an appetizer, because that’s how long the food was taking. The fooood finally comes out and let me tell you it’s was absolutely NOT worth the wait. Best Dominican cuisine I’ve tasted in a while. My ONLY complaint is that I ordered the rice & beans. Received a sack of rice and very small portion of red beans. Other than that , the food is absolutely delicious!

My new favorite place.. Food was amazing, and service was great… literally the best Spanish food I’ve tasted in a long time… Definitely recommend this place to anyone… (Had to personally thank the chef) 😌👨‍🍳
