I was fortunate enough to hold a surprise birthday party as Rikasa and I can’t help but share what a great experience it was!! From the beginning they made booking easy and I can’t say enough about the staff, but especially Liz and Jenna!! Liz went above and beyond to make my vision come to life and make the event as stress free as possible. She made excellent recommendations on what to serve and vendors to utilize. Jenna- a true professional made the most amazing beverages and had the best attitude to serve a large crowd. The food was amazing!! Served beautifully and tasted even better!!! Everyone was raving about the arancini and chicken Milanese!! Thank you again for such a special evening!!!
When you are planning a wedding, there is so much to think about. Planning our wedding ourselves, we had communication with the event planner and manager who helped every step of the way. They offered referrals and contacts, as well as built the itinerary that would create the bliss that we will feel for years to come. The staff kept everyone taken care of from the cocktail hour to the last dance at the reception. The food service was wonderful. They served every guest from a buffet that we personally chose, as well as offered accommodations to guest with any restrictions. Our guests were beyond satisfied and impressed by the professionalism of everyone. Thank you to the Rikasa team for making our wedding dream a reality. You all truly are one of a kind and we can't thank you enough. Pictu
Rikasa went above and beyond to ensure our micro wedding reception was exaclty what we envisioned and hoped for! We had a small dinner party of 19, renting out the 2nd floor - Joint 53. The Assistant GM, Elizabeth, was fantastic to work with. She was very detailed oriented in the plannings of our reception and great with communication months in advance all the way to the night of our event! The space set the vibe perfectly for the night along with the beautiful tablescape and decor that Elizabeth and team put together. Everyone of all ages raved about the food, drinks, room and especially the staff! I hope to return for many more family and friend events and even for more simple dinner nights out.
I hosted my daughter’s bridal shower at the Rooftop at Rikasa. Stephanie and Elizabeth were amazing. They took my ideas and made them happen. On the day of the shower Stephanie was there to make sure everything was perfect. The waitresses, waiters and bartender catered to everyone’s need and did it with a smile. The food was delicious as always. The Sangria was a big hit with all who attended. The Rooftop was a beautiful venue and I would recommend it to anyone, but it was the staff that made it perfect. Thank you all so much.
Let’s start with the good: The rooftop is gorgeous and the atmosphere is fun. The service was great and we loved our server. However: the food was nothing amazing. You could easily go to a cheaper place and get better Italian food. This wasn’t bad but it wasn’t amazing. We got the chicken piccata, Veal Bolognese, the sweet and savory Board, the whipped Mascarpone, lemon cake and the fried cheesecake I’ve pretty much had a better piccata everywhere I’ve gone. The appetizer board was served with chicken on a stick. It had no flavor or sauce. It was just chicken on a stick. Don’t come here for dessert. They definitely need a pastry chef. the dessert was bland and extremely disappointing. However, the ambience was fun and I would definitely return to try a few more menu items. But this fi
