Rigali's Pizza Village

I ordered a salad and the ham had mold on it. I called to let them know and had to talk to 3 different employees and the last one I spoke with was very rude. He told me I had to of left my salad out for 36 hours and that’s why the ham was molded. Why would I do that over 13 dollars. All I wanted was a replacement but workers was so rude trying to argue that I must of left it out!! I’m more disappointed bc I enjoyed rigalis before this experience!!!!! If businesses are rude like that hanging up in a customer’s ear than how to you expect someone to come back? Will be contacting the owner bc I’m sure they would not like their employees treating paying customers like that! I mean customers are how employees get paid let’s not forget

The customer service was 5 stars but the food was kind of lacking. It wasn’t terrible but not the best. We ordered Garlic Parmesan wings and Chicken Alfredo for take out.

Called and ordered 3 salads at 11:15. Food didn’t arrive by 12:30 called and was told it was fresh out of the oven?! 🤦🏻‍♀️ and waiting to be picked up. Delivery still hadn’t arrived by 12:45 called again and still hadn’t been picked to be delivered. Asked for a discount as this is an unacceptable time frame for salads and was never told that there would a wait time. Owner didn’t want to give us a discount, because he had already charged our card. Was told we would be given a $10 credit! I asked for that to be wrote down and sent with the delivery. 1:00 pm and food still hasn’t been delivered. I put 1 ⭐️ because ZERO isn’t an option. This is unacceptable and I will not being ordering from them again!

Pizza places are a dice roll, but Rigali’s Pizza Village does NOT disappoint. I enjoy the old style feel of the place with its old wooden beams and walls. Their chef salads are ginormous and deeeee-licious. Particularly of note is their Spaghetti Pizza which beyond its weirdness was fabulous. Eating here is an experience with the great food in line with great staff and a homey atmosphere. Very worth a visit. Or two. ;)

Food is AWESOME. Staff is very friendly. All meals are delicious.
