Reservation Alley-Shawnee

Stopped in this morning after learning about this place through door dashing, and I can say what an amazing place! The different selections of drinks is amazing. The owners are wonderful and very welcoming. They are not shy with their toppings or flavors at all and I think that makes for a wonderful coffee. The bagel was also top-notch.

Heard about this place while working at a customer location. Decided to stop in and check it out. At first I thought it was just a drive through but the entrance is in the back. Walking in was a little overwhelming as there's so much to see! After the initial shock, you realize it's a downright adorable place. They have a public restroom that was immaculately clean. There are lots of decor to browse, but the real lock is their selection! Literally over a hundred beverages. Several menus, signs, and books of beverages. They also have some food offerings. I decided on a Heath Coffee and a Club wrap. Both were excellent. The owners were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend stopping in to this gem.

Reservation Alley is hands down the best coffee around. The customer service is exceptional friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring every single time. No matter who is working! From the second you walk in, you can tell Reservation Alley is something special. The decor is super cute and full of personality — funny little touches everywhere that make you smile while you wait for your drink. Adam and Jess are hands down some of the most outstanding people you’ll ever meet. You can feel how much heart they put into this shop. They’re friendly, warm, and make every customer feel like a regular. It’s rare to find a husband-and-wife team that runs a business so seamlessly and still makes it feel personal. They take great pride in what they do- and it shows! The prices are awesome (which we all appreciate right now), and the quality is top-tier. Love supporting small businesses! I feel like I get better quality drinks from here than I do with our local Starbucks! You can customize flavors, you offer teas, energy drinks, coffee and food, I mean what else could you ask for! Every drink is met with a smile! I will definitely keep coming here!
