Rick's Rollin Smoke BBQ

Wherever we travel, we always find a new BBQ joint. My husband's favorite food. This was just ok. The beef rib was the best of all we ordered. Side and back ribs had very little flavor. Barely a smoke ring. I had the smoked meatloaf. What a disappointment. Was definately left over and not made that day. Dry, thin and not tasty at all. The mashed potatoes were put down first so the waxy paper they are sitting on got all wet and ripped when trying to put some on the fork. Kinda gross! The chicharon on top were hard as rocks, just awful. The positive. The beer on tap freezing cold, the greens were good but luke warm. The mac n cheese was well, mac n cheese. Our server was very nice and attentive. The balcony is great too. Sadly this was a miss for us. Pretty sure all the hype is due to

Friendly and professional staff! After visiting the pawn shop and making a deal on my gold Canadian coin, we decided to give this place a Texas taste test to see how it stacks up against our BBQ back home. Their BBQ passed the Texas test Yee-Haw— and it was delicious! We had the chopped beef sandwich, and it was spot-on. The place was clean and spotless. Keep up the great work, team!

My group stopped by Rick's twice while visiting Vegas. The first visit was on Saturday, 09/13/25. We ordered ribs & they were so good! In fact some of the best ribs that we've had! We stopped by on Monday, 09/15/25, & had to greet the gentleman at the counter for service. We ordered the 5 meat platter (brisket, sausages, ribs & chicken) & I'm assuming there was a different cook than the one from Saturday because the food tasted completely different. It was a bit of a disappointment after having such a great experience on Saturday.

First time having Bbq in Las Vegas. Being from NY I didn't expect such GREAT tasting food. The meat on the St.Louis Ribs fell off the bone! Collard greens and Mac are amazing. Food service was fast and the customer service was great. 9.5/overall. I recommend.

The loaded up potato with pulled pork was amazing. It was big enough it was shared. It had great flavor. Definitely a place we’ll be back to!
