Richland Inn of Lawrenceburg

We made an emergency trip from Michigan to help my Mom after surgery. We needed a place to stay and found the Richland Inn. Great location, quiet, clean rooms, phenomenal breakfast in the mornings. Staff were all very nice. We visited over Christmas and being there took off so much stress. Microwave and fridge in room, as well as a coffee pot were all great. Already planning our next vacation and looking forward to booking a room there again.

This hotel hotel needs help! The room smelled musty upon checkin, it took 10 minutes to get warm water for a shower. The beds were like sleeping on box springs only.. Pictures are deceiving!! The desk was sticky, and the nightstand wasn't level. And when I went to check out the lady at the front desk told me the rooms were CLEAN, Our housekeepers cleaned cleaned it a few weeks ago! She never checked us out so we got hit for another nights stay, Do yourself a HUGE favor and don't stay here!

Positive: I absolutely adore the front staff!! Negative: The toilet was sluggish but not enough to stop me from revisiting

Zach made a great first impression. Casual and friendly while maintaining a professional vibe. The building is a bit worn, but the room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very crisp (I know weird description, but it fits) and comfortable. Decent price.

Our experience was a mix of good & bad. The had new floor & was clean, however the cloth furniture was very worn and not comfortable. The cloth furniture may have smelled but the “air freshener” was so strong that with in 5 minutes in the room I had a headache. The credenza was very beaten up, chipped, drawers slide were tough to pull in & out. The mini fridge had the entire back of it covered in ice. The microwave was clean but we didn’t use it. The sink was missing the stopper, & the faucet sprayed water everywhere. The bathroom doors veneer was stripping off and splinters were everywhere. I emptied my own trash and we were not offered fresh towels on the 2nd night.
