I had a great experience tonight! My server, I think her name was Brooke, was very attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. The only issue was when I was leaving with my to-go order, a young man ran out, took the bag from my hand, and switched out my burger in front of me. I appreciate them fixing the mistake, but it felt a little unprofessional. Other than that, everything was great!

I’m a DoorDash driver, and I had to wait over 20 minutes for this order this Friday night. A young man told me, in a tone that it wouldn’t take long, but I still ended up waiting much longer than expected. Because of the delay, I was late dropping off the order and got in trouble on my end. I understand it gets busy, especially on weekends, but long wait times really affect drivers, especially on one of our busiest nights. I hope there can be better communication during peak hours.

Would like to say my husband and I really enjoy rib crib. The food is always great & everything was clean. The server was actually really good. She checked on us and made sure we had everything we need. The only thing I disliked and gave service 3 stars is because when a huge table left and she only got a $6 tip she seems very upset about it. Now mind you I understand completely but some people don’t always agree with what others think, but to let all the surrounding tables know how she felt was uncomfortable. We still left a $10 dollar tip on our $50.00 bill but I wonder if that was good enough or did we get talked about too after we left. Regardless of who left what maybe it would be more appropriate to go in the back instead of saying it out loud in front of everyone. I can’t remember h

I wish I could give 6 stars for the service, but you know. Christian went way above and beyond serving us, we sat out in the front patio and never waited for a thing. He was prompt bringing us our drinks and keeping them coming. He even brought water for our dog. The food was amazing, moist amd delicate meat. Salads were fresh and the queso had just enough kick. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.

The to go lady was sweet, but I was very disappointed after spending over $50 for some dried out pulled pork... I guess I should ask to look at the meat and sample it, before blindly trusting a BBQ ESTABLISHMENT that was in the middle of their lunch hour to serve dried out pulled pork. It was a sad day.
