Rhett's Tails and Shells

Since moving up to North La we have had trouble finding good seafood. We finally decided to try rhetts after several bad spots . We have eaten here twice and both time the food was good. We have had fried fish, fried shrimp, boiled shrimp, crab clusters, crawfish, boudin eggrolls, sausage, potatoes and fries. All was good . All well seasoned . I will recommend eating here to my friends from down south. When they come up this way.

Great seafood spot with fresh, flavorful food and generous portions. Everything tasted cooked to order, and the seafood was seasoned really well without being overdone. The fried items were crispy (not greasy), and the sides were solid too. Service was friendly and quick, and the place felt clean and laid-back—perfect for a casual meal. Prices felt fair for the quality and portion size. Definitely coming back if I’m in the area and craving seafood.

The folks here where very nice and very polite. The food was great.

It was very rushed, food was cold, the text was sent before we could sit down, that the food was ready😳 The best part of our night was ruined after my 80$ NEW shorts were ruined due to a split blue sweet drink left to turn to a sticky gummy glue, in a pretty blue, just not on ecru🤬😭. The big chair, for taking tourist trap pictures🤣 make sure it's cleaned. It will NOT be coming off the car seats either!! I was given a handful of dry paper towels that stuck on my sticky shorts😭😭😭 The sunset was beautiful, drinks were good, company was great!!

EXCEPTIONAL FOOD & ATMOSPHERE! I had the surf & turf. It was delicious. I’m pretty picky when it comes to steak & it was great! Jim had the boiled shrimp & we shared boiled crawfish. It was all seasoned to perfection. Definitely a must go to when in town!
