Rethink Food and Drink Altamonte Springs

Stopped into Rethink Food and Drink in Altamonte Springs and loved it! We ordered two smoothies, two other drinks and a green cookie everything was fresh, flavorful and super refreshing. The smoothies were perfectly blended and bursting with flavor, the drinks were crisp and well-made, and the green cookie was a fun, tasty surprise. Service was friendly and quick, and the staff made the experience even better. The café is tucked in a small plaza right off Douglas Avenue near SR-436, easy to reach from I-4 with plenty of parking and quick in-and-out access. A great local spot we’ll definitely visit again!

I selected five stars because I didn’t want to lower their rating but my real stars would be three and a half or four because it seemed overpriced. I loved that everything was almost vegan and that they had unique things that are not easy to find like vegan nacho cheese. I had The Taco bowl and chai latte. The $5 chai was tasty but on the sweet side. The taco bowl was alright. I feel like it would have been delicious if it came with more nacho sauce. The nacho sauce was very good but there wasn’t much there to enjoy it. Overall, it felt like a smaller meal and didn’t feel like it was worth $13. I would go back to enjoy another latte.

Delicious and nutritious healthy food! Loved the vegan choices. Huevos Rancheros vegan, and tofu Caesar salad! Scrumptious Blueberry bar too.

Rethink Food + Drink Café in Altamonte Springs is a fantastic spot! The avocado toast was fresh and flavorful, and the chickpea salad sandwich was a delicious and satisfying choice. Both the iced and hot coffee were smooth and delicious. The customer service was amazing—super friendly and welcoming. Cozy atmosphere, great food, and excellent coffee—highly recommend!

Such an amazing concept with beautiful people. The selection of drinks were great and they have unique blends of tea and coffees. I can’t drink coffee everywhere but the one they had was amazing, I had a dirty mathca (with double espresso) :) Cody took care of us and he was so attentive with us, he went over the meny so we can get something we’ll like. He was amazing✨ The food was amazing, a lot of flavors!! Also the ambiance was very nice, I felt like I’m in another country. Thank you for the experience Cody! We’ll definitely be back.
