Burger Vault - Orlando

I forgot to take a photo when the food first came out because I was so excited to try it! These burgers were honestly out of this world. Absolutely amazing and incredibly well crafted. You can really tell they put thought into every detail, from the perfectly cooked patty to the fresh toppings and soft bun. The flavors were well balanced, and everything tasted fresh and high quality. It’s easily one of the best burgers I’ve had. The service and atmosphere were great as well. If you’re anywhere near 436 in the Altamonte Springs area, do yourself a favor and stop by The Burger Vault. This is a true mom-and-pop spot owned by Amer [uhh-meer] and you can feel that personal touch the moment you walk in. The environment is super friendly and welcoming. The music is smooth jazz — almost like New York café vibes, the kind of jazz you’d hear in a ballroom setting. It gives the whole place a relaxed, classy feel while you’re eating. The burger was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor, and the fries were seriously top tier, it kind of reminds me of checkers fries but feels less greasy. The combo comes with a drink, and the fry portion is generous. I spent about $30 total, which is a great deal for two people considering the quality. You can tell when a place cares.

After seeing numerous positive reviews and even hearing about it on a local Podcast we decided to give it a go. We came on a Friday evening. There was no wait our orders were taken right away. I had the BBQ burger, one kid had a BBQ burger as well and the other had the Vault burger. All 3 were combos. The burgers were brought to the table after about 10 minutes. They are grilled on a flat top right there. The burgers were all cooked to ordered and came out as requested. They were very juicy. The issues I had were one they were severely over sauced. To a point that when you went to pick it up the burger slid out from in-between the Buns. Being as heavily sauced as they were the bun began to fall apart right away. Words escape me for this restaurant🥰🥰😋😋🤤🤤. I love food and burgers are at the top of my chart along with king crab. This is literally one of the best burger spots I've been to in my 40 years of living. All jokes aside, I'm dead serious. Everything was extremely delicious. We tried the vault burger and it was delectable. We had it as a combo with Cajun fries on the side. I also had one of his in-house made biscoff milkshakes and they are a lot of others to choose from. He asked me how do i want my burger cooked which is a first for me visiting a burger joint. There are plenty of napkins at the table as well as disposable gloves to keep your hands cleaned sent some of the burger options are very juicy and saucy. The burger was insanely juicy, with two thick, perfectly cooked patties that were full of flavor. The caramelized onions were spot-on, and the burger was wonderfully messy in the best way possible—because if a burger isn’t messy, it’s not made right! When I say juicy, I mean JUICY. The fries were super crispy, and everything still tasted incredibly fresh even after I got home. I was shocked at how thick and satisfying the burger was.
