i just saw the response for the owner/ manager !!!!! The reply from the owner/manager is honestly embarrassing. Trying to blame “the restaurant next door” is petty, unprofessional, and completely out of line. As customers, we know exactly where we went and who we’re reviewing—there’s no confusion at all. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to improve, they chose to make excuses and point fingers. That alone shows how unprofessional they really are. A business that can’t accept feedback or treat customers with respect is a business that loses customers. Very disappointing, and it confirms exactly why I won’t be returning. I ordered a baleada special, and received a regular one at the same price and when I called to get my reimbursed, they only said that they’re sorry. They didn’t even hesitate to talk about the reimburse.

Went to eat here today and received the worst service ever! Husband didn't even eat because they forgot to cook his food!!? How does that work! Waiting over an hour and a half and you forgot to cook his food? Still have the nerve to ask if we wanted it softer everyone was done eating. I go and ask for a to go box and the girls there dancing in the kitchen? No wonder they forgot to make his food. Won't be coming back here! I came to this restaurant and ordered pollo con tajadas. My first thought when I saw my plate was that it was way too smothered. I’ve been to other Honduran restaurants and also been to Honduras and i’ve never seen anything like it. It could have possibly been good but the sauces were just too much.
