I had bad luck. I arrived, knocked on the door, no one answered, waited about 5 minutes, and still nothing. I dialed the number on the door, but it went straight to the answering machine. Answering machine says not enough space to leave a message. I was looking for a gas hose for a commercial stove.

Called ahead to make sure they had two very specific things I needed for my first stage: A knife roll and chef pants. After helping the guy on the phone realize what a knife roll is, he said with great confidence they had them. They did not. They had the pants at least, albeit wildly disorganized. So half the reason I came here was shot, and the place is nasty and disorganized all around. The guy working there tried passing off the blame saying I called somewhere else or someone else picked up the phone. It was the right number and just him.

Good customer service.

I've been to 5-Star hotel resorts that were on par with the helpful and friendly service I received from this place. This place is pretty solid with the essential stuff that you would find in restaurants and cafes. I highly recommend coming here.

Great selection with pretty much everything you could need. The employees were efficient, extremely nice, and answered all of my questions.
