We purchased an industrial-style stove along with several small appliances from REM, and the experience was excellent. Steve, the sales representative, was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He quickly answered our questions, provided detailed information on the products we were considering, and even suggested alternative options that better fit our needs. Steve was very informative about the specifications of each item and made the entire process smooth and easy. I’ve been a customer of this store for years, spending over $30,000 on kitchen equipment for my two restaurants. I’ve always trusted them for their variety and quality, but my most recent experience has made me seriously reconsider this relationship. I recently purchased three pieces of equipment and paid the delivery fee. However, due to an error in the transaction, one of the items I needed wasn’t invoiced. When I contacted the store, they told me they could invoice the missing item, but I would have to pay another delivery fee. Steve at REM was a great help locating equipment and items we needed for our new food truck. The ordering process was super easy and the follow up on pick up day went smoothly.
