We just recently purchased a convection oven for our restaurant. The company overall was great to work with from start to finish. They even waited for us to do some remodeling to get the oven into our kitchen and electrical work to be upgraded so that we could us it since our older oven used less power. I highly recommend them should you be in need of equipment.
