Restaurant Depot

I purchased white potatoes from Restaurant Depot, but unfortunately the entire batch I received was spoiled and not usable. Most of the potatoes have visible dark spots, decay, and poor quality, making them unsuitable for sale or consumption. I have attached photos as evidence. This caused loss and inconvenience to my business. I kindly request a refund or replacement for this purchase.

Always long line to check out. And they do not care because they know restaurants owners will still shop here as there aren’t many competitors. Update with regards to RD response. It’s not the first time. Only two check out lanes were open. There were about 10 customers in each line waiting to check out. Fix the issue. Hollow responses isn’t the solution.

1st restaurant depot ive bn to that is far behind on deliveries. Unloading 1 truck at a time while 4 trucks clog the parking lot. Highly inefficient and locking like the 1st time ill be getting detention starting at 12p. Arrived at 9 for a 10am delivery. Gave name and # they said "we'll call u". It's now 11 and same 4 trucks are waiting. Terrible location for delivery

I had my typical Tucson-Mesa-Phoenix load for to Tucson at 06:15 and was off loaded by 07:00 and at Mesa by 09:15 to deliver 2 pallets now I realize my appointment isn’t until 14:00 but when I sit there and watch the docks be empty for 2hrs and ask them if I can offload the 2 pallets myself only to be ignored….This and Las Vegas are the two WORST RECEIVERS out of the whole country..I’ve been to damn near every one and I hate having to come here…Pics are of the empty docks after 2hrs while us trucks sit out here wasting our time

*Receiving* my delivery appointment was almost 3 hours ago. I turned in my paperwork and the man was rude and irritated. When I arrived there was 7 trucks staged and 2 at the doors. In the time I have been here, one of the 7 just moved. You have drivers here that respected the appointment times, but you have drivers sitting here for hours and hours disrespecting our time...on top of that are being treated poorly by your staff. Ironically, this business runs on what we deliver in these trucks. If we weren't here and reliable, no one at this business would have a job. So why can't we work together, respectfully? Please do better. *Drivers, heads up, it's best to enter this location driving west on Baseline, then turn north into the parking lot. Drive straight and stage to the right.
