Reserve Room

We heard about fine dining & wine courses in Panama City Beach & had to find out what the buzz was about. It is legit. Chef Robles prepared beautiful & tasteful creations that were surprisingly generous portions. The atmosphere is intimate with less than 30 guests. We enjoyed the wines and were treated to a few new vintages that were opened for the first time in FL, it was special. Congratulations to Chef and Brian for bringing this vision to our area, it’s nice to have this experience so close to home.

Such a special & unique experience in Panama City Beach. Our party enjoyed our private dinner SO much. The food was amazing & we loved having the chef come out to talk about each dish. The wines were perfectly paired with the food as well. Can’t wait to go back! 🥂

This was a fantastic gastronomic experience. The pairings of food and wine were amazing. It is hard to believe this opportunity exists in Panama City!! I would highly recommend!

So tonight we went to the Reserve Room in Panama City Beach, and it was awesome. We were there to try wines from the Sign of the Dove Winery and Taub Family Vineyards. The pairings of the food with the wine was done perfectly by Chef Robles and the winery staff that was there doing the presentation. Before each coarse, we were told about the wines followed by Chef Robles coming out and describing the food. The service and timing of the food was the best. The food was delicious and well thought out. I had no idea this type of dining was available in this area. Thanks for the great evening

The food is a culinary masterpiece, consistently delivering a “wow” factor in every dish served. It was truly a top-notch dining experience. Thank you.
