Carla catered my daughters baby shower this weekend, and all of our guests were commenting on how much they enjoyed the food. She gave us such a wonderful spread of fresh fruits, vegetables, cheeses, breads, sauces and dips as well as chicken wings, stuffed mushroom caps, potato cakes, deviled eggs, and bbq pork sliders. I will definitely book Carla again, and I recommend you do as well!

I have used Catered by Carla for a few different things and she always exceeds my expectations! We had the Grand Opening yesterday for The Beach Wagon on the beach in Panama City Beach and everyone raved about the food! She delivered and set everything up beautifully...absolutely perfect for a beach party. She's definitely my number one choice for catering in Bay County!

Absolutely incredible food and service. I wish I could give 6 stars especially since Carla literally did huge dinner party for 14 people with 1 days notice and drove it 45 minutes to us. Thank you Carla you are the best!!!!

Carla catered our “French Market” themed bridal shower and made it a wild success. She was so accommodating and executed our custom menu flawlessly! The food was so delicious and beautifully presented and she thought of every detail. Our guests were all so impressed! We can’t wait to work with her again!

I hired Carla to cater a Christmas party at my home. Her menu was creative, she was prompt with her arrival, and the set up was efficient. The food looked beautiful and it tasted even better! I’d had her cooking previously at a couple work events and every single time she outdoes herself. I would definitely hire Carla again and recommend her to anyone who is looking for something far more dynamic and personal than restaurant catering.
