This place is pretty terrible. I have been here quite a few times as its technically connected to paragon theaters. I have eaten from here more than 5 times and every single time the host looks confused. I ALWAYS get greeted with "Uh...Hi...uh...Welcome to Neo Kitchen and Bar...." Are they sure they are in the right place and know where they work? The food takes sooooo long to come out from the kitchen. 25 -35 minutes for a burger in fries when the only people in there are 3 people at the bar and a couple who has already been served is a bit alarming to me. They get a 2 because the matinee burger and fries is amazing. I am not really a burger kind of person, but I was thoroughly impressed with the taste and presentation. I love coming to eat here. The atmosphere is amazing. Everyone smiles and they just know how to make you feel happy about a burger. I absolutely love the servers especially the bright happy smiling girl. The managers are kind and helpful to there employees. The bar tenders are quick and knowledgeable. Recommend to all

If I could give less than one star, I would. We walked in here and the place was dead. Only one person at the bar and two servers behind the bar. So the front desk had a sign that said "Place all orders at the bar". So myself & my husband walk over to the bar with our orders already in mind. We stood at the bar for at least 10 minutes. Both servers walked by us 7 to 8 times. Never made eye contact or greeted us. They were just having casual conversation with themselves. Horrible customer service. We finally got the attention of a Cinemark worker and he got the attention of the server who said " Oh I was just making a drink", which I actually watched him pour alcohol into during one of the times he walked past us. He acted like he did nothing wrong. Will not be eating here again.

Tater tot nachos (& chip nachos) are so good. Their chicken wings and French fries were also good. The bar service is quick and friendly. The best part is you can take all this into your movie. Or just sit and enjoy a meal in the sports bar atmosphere (there are plenty of tables for groups as well) for they have big TVs to watch the game or fights.

Today was my first visit back since I had subpar food there about a year ago. The bartender was courteous and prompt in taking my order. Unfortunately it took more than 25 minutes for a matinee burger and truffle fries. When I got the order, the fries were plain, and I had to send it back to the kitchen. Instead of fresh fries, they simply added truffle oil and parmesan to the now luke-warm plain fries. After I got the theatre and began eating, I discovered no cheese on my burger. (Didn't want to miss part of the movie taking it back). Too much money for what I was served. I'll just go to My Pi next time.
