ReMix Coffee Bar

This coffee shop is outstanding! The service is good, we come early though, so idk what it’s like when it’s busy. Their coffee is incredible, my husband is a coffee connoisseur of sorts, and they make really good drip coffee (which sounds easy, but it’s not). I get the oak milk matcha and it’s so good! They have a lot of room inside to sit and a really cozy back patio to sit out at (that has artichoke plants! So cool). They also serve ice cream, since we’ve been early, we haven’t tried it, yet, it’s on the to-do list! Note to the owners: please put up a sign somewhere in the outside that says “coffee” in big letters. We both thought this place was a dispensary for the first several times we drove past. We want you to be here a long time!

Absolutely the best latte I’ve ever had. And I’ve been around! Perfectly crafted, creamy, deliciousness. The soft serve, cookie and tart were also incredible! The atmosphere is dreamy and laid back. I can’t say enough about this little gem. We were just passing through, and now I want to move to Ashland. Lol.

We had a cafe au lait and one vegetarian pastry. Both were delicious. We were from out of our and was looking for a cozy coffee place before returning. The place looked really pretty and atmosphere was nice.

Got a tasty vanilla latte, croissant, and yogurt parfait. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was chill. Definitely a nice stop on our family road trip through Oregon!

This little coffee shop is perfect for “light lovers”. This place has tons of natural lighting and lots of seating options. Perfect for students and also for groups. If you want some rays just go outside and as there is seating also available.
