She has a warm greeting and if you’re looking for something specific she will give the best recommendations. This spot is perfect for after the gym, before or after the beach, or you’re just looking for something healthy and sweet. You can get it for here or to go. It’s very convenient. As a smoothie enthusiast I was extremely impressed & pleased with this smoothie spot. I grew up in Hawaii with fresh smoothies daily & it’s hard to find a GREAT smoothie made with quality ingredients & Refresh delivered!! It was so good I had a bowl & a smoothie! I even looked into their franchise information - it was that good!! Bella was who helped me & she was not only such a sweet soul but very knowledgable & delightful!

Everyone there was so wonderful and nice. I definitely recommend one of my new favorite smoothie spots. It was the best smoothie I ever had.

Love refresh! My go to spot when i visit Fort Lauderdale glad i can get my fix while I’m in florida. The owners are amazing the space is beautiful clean modern and very cozy.
