Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Staff here was friendly but I just wasn’t a fan of the food. I ordered pretzel bites as an appetizer. They tasted oily and the beer cheese that came with them as the dipping sauce didn’t even taste like beer cheese. I also got a bacon cheeseburger with steak fries. Burger was okay. Bacon on the burger had a lot of fat but the Steak fires were good. Overall probably wouldn’t go back. Not worth the price.

It's been a very long time since I've gone to Red Robin. Unfortunately today was not a great experience. The chicken sandwich was served under cooked. It was basically raw. See photo. 🤢

I haven't been to Red Robins in a while. We went to West Farms and decided to stop in for lunch. The wait was not too long. The food was overall good, The new jalapeños burger was really good, but not hot at all. The service was slow, and the drinks were not good at all, sour mix with a nasty flavor. The wings were good, and the dessert was yummy. The waitress apologized for the service. It was packed, so we gave her some grace, and she did her best.

I havent been to Red Robin in over 3 years. My family and I decided to give them a try since today since its been so long. I left beyond disappointed. We were seated and waited over 15 minutes. A waitress that was not assigned to our section stated she saw us sitting and not being tended to. She stated that she spoke with her manager to determine who is assigned to our table. She took our drink order. We waited another 10 minutes or so. Still no waitress and no drinks. The 3 other parties that were seated after us were being tended to. We decided to leave. Before we left I spoke to the manager and let her know that we were sitting for a very long time without a waitress. She asked me to show her which table we were occupying and I showed her. I told her that we were leaving and she called

Not impressed with this place at all. They seated us in the bar area when the rest of the restaurant wasn’t even full. The food was mediocre at best. And no sense getting endless fries because by the time they come and ask you if you want anything else you’ve already been sitting there finished with your food for 20 minutes. My opinion is find another burger joint.
