Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

First time at a Red Robin and what a fun spot. I lived the art that surrounds the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the zucchini fries. We opted for burgers and were very happy with our choices. Super easy to get to from Street Rd

We went during non-peak hours. We got seated right away, the staff was very attentive, helpful, and the food came out fast. The food was delicious, and my family wants to go back already!

Arrived and was given a 30 minute wait time to be seated, after waiting 50 minutes I watched multiple parties be seated that arrived way after. When asking why I wasn’t called to be seated one person stated they never had my number in the wait list. And another person said they sent me a message which I never received.

Meh! Had The Big Yum burger, very reminiscent of a Burger King Whopper, char broiled flavor. Tasty. Smaller than I anticipated. Steak fries were not hot, and limp. Never ending fries were the same and had disappointing portion sizes. 6 Piece Onion Rings appetizer for 8$ overpriced, best part of meal. Did not disappoint. Dipping sauces were yummy 😋. Don't think I'll return.

Had an amazing experience at this location 🙌 Joe was so helpful with all my questions and his suggestions where very helpful. I felt well taken care of and the food was on point. I had a drink Joe recommended and then one more 😆 🤣 thanks again for a great night and service.
