Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Been wanting to try fit years. Loved it. One of the best burgers I've had and the garlic fries were amazing. The garlic aioli was also amazing and house made, not mixed with Hellmans. Will definitely be back!

Where do I start? The food wasn't bad, but the way my burger was executed was... atrocious. I asked for a burger with a lettuce wrap rather than buns. Why? Because I like it and they offered it. If you are you going to offer a lettuce wrap as an alternative to a bun, I expect that you know how to execute said offer. Well, someone in that kitchen did not know how to wrap a burger in a lettuce wrap. They literally put that meat between the lettuce. There was no wrapping of the lettuce around the bun so that the burger was secure, as you will see on the pictures below. So if you should want a lettuce wrap instead of buns with your burger, please proceed with caution. Having said that the garlic Parmesan broccoli was delicious.

Stopped for a quick lunch. Restaurant was not busy. It was Tuesday Ten Dollar Cheeseburger with all you can eat side. Asked for pink, not bloody and both burgers were well done. Saving grace was still a bit juicy. One burger had the works with lettuce, tomato, relish, mayo, ketchup, cheddar cheese and it got messy. Picked the steak fries which were hot and crispy. Did not go for seconds on fries. Out of Dr. Pepper which was a disappointment. Waitress was friendly but went missing a few times after she served the limited tables with customers. The meal was definitely cheaper than the local McD fast food restaurant but you get what you pay for.

Yum! We were seated quickly and ordered right away. Our server Sophia was very nice. We had two plates of fries while we waited for the main course. I had the Royal Red Robin burger, and my wife had a cheese fondue burger. Everything was delicious. The manager came over to check on us (I forgot her name) and she was very nice. As we were leaving, we saw the manager walking outside looking for a patron who had just walked out and had left their glasses on the table. Our only complaint was every once in a while we would bite into a french fry that was super salty. The majority of the fries were perfect. We enjoyed ourselves, would definitely recommend to others.

Great decor - kind of whimsy. The burger was cooked perfectly. Fries were a little soggy. My IPA was ice cold, thank you very much. Server was friendly, even when another table had a complaint. She kept her cool and dealt with it, smiling. I hadn't been in a few years, but would go again.
