Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

My dad and I were driving from Chicago to Detroit and decided to stop here for a place to eat. Steve provided us great service! My dad’s burger and my wrap (no tomato) was excellent. However, I wish the restroom had proper locks. I did not use the restroom like I planned because there was a mom & child, an employee, and myself waiting for 1 stall (the only one that locks, but has a huge gap between the door and frame). Yall know you can do better than this, especially for your female employees! Let the people pee in peace🙏🏼

Food was serviced as ordered. Well done cheeseburger! Huge tower of onion rings and a couple of well put together house salads. Our waitress, who I neglected to her name, was smiley and very accommodating!

One of the best Red Robin I've ever eaten, the burgers were delicious. The service took a while, but everything arrived hot.

Even though they were very busy we didn't have to wait. We were seated promptly, wait staff was attentive, food and beverages arrived quickly and was correctly prepared. My burger was delicious but messy, and the fries were good but a tad soggy, so minus 1 star. As for the atmosphere, it was extremely loud, but again they were very busy.

Haven't had the best luck with local Red Robin's. However, the Kalamazoo RR was great! Had the turkey burger, fries and 3 appetizers; fried pickles, pretzel bites and cheese twists. They sat a party of 12 at 8pm with minimal wait time even though they were slammed! Our server was there every time we needed something, like she could read minds 😆. Will definitely come again next year if we go to the crusaders cup or in town for wrestling states!!!
