Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Our experience at the Parker Red Robin location was less than desirable. We joined the waitlist on our way for a party of 6, and the system said the estimated wait time was about 10 min. When we checked in at the host stand, they told us it would be a 30 min wait. There was 1 other family of 4 waiting, and lots of open tables. When we were finally seated we ordered drinks. My daughter ordered their new Tropical Dragonfruit Sparkler, that was supposed to be club soda with dragonfruit, sweet and sour, and pineapple, with pineapple and mint leaves garnish. What the server brought us was the sunset lemonade. When we let him know it was not the correct drink, and pointed out the difference on the menu, he told us it was right and walked away. Our server was fantastic. She had just been sat an 8 people birthday party and then we were sat in her area (2 people). She was very attentive to both parties. Not to mention the insane 17 person birthday party that came in 2 minutes after us that was very loud and distracting to everyone in the dining area. Those servers also did an excellent job. Also, minor thing, I'm very happy that this red Robin gives you knives, as others don't. Super helpful. Food was delicious, service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Great food, great service. Scott is amazing at what he’s doing. It’s always a pleasure to have him whenever we dine in. Very chill but super quick at serving. The chef and cooks here just hit different. We ate in several RR across the city, but this location is our all-time-favorite. The banzai burger is always juicy and flavorful. The sides are always well seasoned, not skimpy on flavor at all. Highly recommend this location. Food is always good even on a weekend.

We placed a large family order to go, and a portion of the fries were accidentally missed. These things happen—but what truly stood out was how Chuck, the manager, handled it. Chuck stepped in immediately, was incredibly kind and professional, and went above and beyond by making us a huge tray of fresh fries to make it right. No excuses, no hassle—just genuine care and ownership. You can tell Chuck runs a tight ship and leads by example. His customer-first attitude turned a small mistake into an exceptional experience. That level of service is rare and very much appreciated. Huge shoutout to Chuck—this is top-tier management and exactly why we’ll continue coming back.
