Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Walked in as a group of 8, they cleaned up a booth for us. Joe was amazing, he was on top of making sure we had our water full and came with the best steak fries as we waited. He explained the menu, gave as his personal recommendation, service was on point. I had the A1 steak burger with coleslaw as a side. Greate coleslaw, the burger was cooked to my preference. My only compliment is how soggy the bottom buns got when they arrived. But thats is expected when you get a burger with A1 steak sausage and garlicy mushrooms.

Have always had amazing service here, even when there’s been something wrong with the food. Very accommodating and wonderful customer service. Have been here more times than I can count, rarely do they mess up our food. One time our fries were very oily/greasy and they took care of it, got us fresh one. Never got nasty or had an attitude about. You have to try their GARLIC FRIES, they are to die for!!! Also have amazing drinks, we love their margaritas!

They accommodated a very large group of 38 people and it went pretty smooth, they handled it well considering it was a bunch of dads and 3rd grade daughters having dinner before a daddy-daughter dance night out. Tim was the manager with whom I kept in contact with and met at the restaurant, the way he handle the whole everything was just phenomenal. Kudos to him! 🤜🏻🤛🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

One of the best burger restaurants in Overland Park, Ks. You can get the burger fix and so much more! Fabulous atmosphere with a great staff. So many great items to choose from and several ways to quench your thirst. Open 7 days a week, 11am to 9pm (10 on Friday and Saturday).

Poor poor service. Waited and waited for fries, they were cold. Had to ask for water every time. Glasses were empty but never brought water! Next fries were burnt! Food order was wrong. Server said she repeated the order!! Are you kidding me??Hamburger was ice cold! Server was so so poor! Worst food and service ever! We won't go back.
