Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We came for family vacation and to take our kids to where we spent our honeymoon (for our 21 year anniversary) to the London Bridge Resort and Red Robin is within walking distance. The foods was fresh & delicious. With the endless options you can get full & take home a meal as well for later 😂 The restaurant was quiet and clean with amazing pictures on the ceiling. The food was amazing and came quickly. Brett our server was THE BEST. We always had our refills fresh & hot & the drinks kept coming. We signed up for the Royalty rewards and got the CHEESEY MOZZARELLA TWISTS. So DELICIOUS. WHAT A GREAT WAY TO START OUR TRIP. All the kids enjoyed everything. When you go to a place to enjoy a meal with your family, you expect to go to a place that makes you feel welcome and wanted. This was not the case for myself and my family. When we first arrived, we were greeted And seated within a friendly manner and Our waiter came and introduced himself and took our drink orders. We were nothing but kind and ensuring we used our manners. However we were returned with poor customer service and care. This waiter slammed his tray against the wall making a scene when one of us said that we “didn’t get water with lemon”. After that interaction our waiter was absent, rude and had an attitude that he didn’t want to be there. When asked for a to-go cup for chocolate milk for a kiddo we witnessed him speaking with another employee asking to bring us the cup and

I had a great experience at Red Robin. The food was really good and came out fresh, and the staff was friendly and attentive the whole time. The only downside for me was the sweet tea—it was a little too sweet for my taste. Other than that, everything was solid, and I’d definitely come back.

I was so impressed with the burger I had, it was the best I'd had in several years. Great flavor, cooked to order. I had the blue cheese bacon burger, it had a very nice balance of bacon and blue cheese, nothing overpowered the burger. The burger was also so nice and moist. I've been going to Red Robin's for over 40 years in several locations and they have never disappointed me.

The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The prices were reasonable. Definitely a popular spot.
