Servers are very cheerful and happy to answer any questions and take your order. Service and beverage was served quickly; premises was neat and clean.... Bi had the Hot coco and it was delicious 😋! Creamy, rich, and chocolatey. I was offered whipped cream- yes! I thoroughly enjoyed it as the weather was a little chilly. 😎😎😎

Olivia provided me with excellent customer service as I walked up. Encourage me to download the app so I can get points. She said I get a free medium drink and she wanted above and beyond and made me a large drink as a courtesy to me I would highly recommend coming to this Dutch Bros.

Messed up my drink and charged me for a bigger size. I tried to come back around to get it fixed and they proceeded to explain how I was wrong and rushed me through the window. Go to any other coffee shot expect this one. The guy who took my order was kinda cool though.

They had a hard time understanding when I ordered extra white chocolate and paid for it but never got it. Each time I had to get out of my car and go up to window and get more white chocolate.

All of the workers are very kind and have excellent customer service. The Chai drink is incredible and I think it’s a better bang for your buck compared to places like Starbucks. The only complaint is that it’s a bit sugary. The drinks are made in order of chronological order so it doesn’t matter if you order through the window or go through the drive thru.
