Every time I travel to Lake Havasu City I stop here. I was just there Friday the 16th of January. Pricilla brought me up to speed from there moving from the wine bar to their own restaurant which I was very happy to see them doing so well. I have eaten all there food and even after not being there in well over a year or more the food was to die for still! There meats are seasoned to perfection and you just can't stop eating. There salsas are wonderful and flavorful too. I seen that they were starting to serve Pozole this past Saturday which I'm sure is also Devine as well. Not your average Mexican/American restaurant… this is way more authentic and lives up to its street food description! The chicken had the perfect char, the birria was melt in your mouth tender, and my husband said one of the best burritos he’s ever had. Muah! One wish… give more chips with the chips and salsa for $5…

The chilaquiles for breakfast was very tasty, packed with flavorful layers of chips grilled meat and sour white sauce. The portion was large and could easily be divided in two 2 meals. The sauce station had 3 sauces in various spicy degrees suitable for everyone. I highly recommend if you are looking for a filling start of the day!

This is what Havasu needed!! A proper tacos spot. The pinche Tacos (Queso Birria) are on point. I also had a Quesadilla and the Loaded Fries. Both hit in the right places. Their Salsas are good and the staff is friendly. Vibe is modern American Taqueria. Great stop if you are around havasu

After a really long night and a different very disappointing restaurant, we came to la carcacha for last minute dinner and it ended up being amazing. The cashier was an angel and was incredibly kind and friendly. We got our food quickly and it was some of the best tacos and horchata ive ever had. The tacos were actually filled with delicious meat and the salsa had real flavor. We genuinely appreciate them saving our night and we'll go back every time we visit town.
