Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We were so hungry that I forgot to take pics of the meal and the food we ordered. But I can definitely tell you it was delicious. Our server was incredible. She took such good care of us. Even adjusting our bill because of my military service. Staff was super friendly. Best service attendant. If you go to this location. Our server Brynn is the person you want. She definitely knows how to take care of her customers.

The table next to us was very loud. The family looked like they were having a great time, so we didn't complain. Our waitress was decent she definitely could have stopped by an extra time to check on drinks, but overall, she was a good waitress. Our food was good. I kinda miss the old style of mozzarella sticks. The new style are good, just not as good as they used to be. Royal burger is always good but messy. The area in which this red robin is located is busy.

Two stars because the specials were actually good and the food itself was decent… which somehow made the service more disappointing. We ordered, got our appetizer and entrees, and asked for napkins and A1 sauce. Napkins showed up. A1 sauce apparently entered the witness protection program and was never seen again. Our meal also came with bottomless fries, which sounds great in theory. In reality, the fries were emotionally bottomless because no one ever came back to refill them. We waited…and waited…and waited. The next time a staff member finally appeared, it wasn’t to check on drinks, fries, or the missing sauce — it was to ask if we wanted a to-go box. The food here when dining in is usually good, but the takeout is trash most of the time. If you were eating in the restaurant they would never present you with the sloppy mess you get with takeout. I have complained about it multiple times and they are always quick to apologize, but then the next time I order I get the same mess. They don't even try to make the burgers right. There is no attempt to make it presentable or easily edible. I'm tired of feeling ripped off every time I order here. Do better.

First off, the hostess was lovely. I've never been shown where the bathroom is by the hostess for the most part but I know where it is here! Our server, Morgan, delightful. Answered my girlfriend and I's 20 questions and knows what she's doing. Ashley, one of the Kitchen Managers perusing the dining room, hit our table at the perfect time with some bottomless fries and a happy smile! She hit a lot of tables throughout our dining experience and looked like a manager that cares about the guest experience. The food: Delicious. Magnificent. Delightful in every sense of the word. The bottomless sides/drinks? Truly bottomless and they want you to ENJOY them. 10/10 service. Playlist was also a banger, 10/10 music. Overall, successful date night with some good food and great service!!!!
