Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Update June 16, 2025 Took the kids for father's day. Again, great staff and good food. My kids all love their burgers. Endless fries is a huge win for kids of all ages. This Red Robin is awesome. All the staff is totally customer focused. They went out of their way to fix a simple mistake with our take out order. Super quick to get served, too. Definitely recommend this Red Robin!

Went a couple weeks ago with my family which is a large group (8) and it was quite busy wait time was 30 mins no big deal. We ordered our appetizers got those and then waited 30+ to order our food. Waitress came and said sorry I literally forgot about you guys. I let it slide and decided to go back a few days ago with half my family (4). Got seated quickly waitress never came to ask if we needed anything after food was served which was not by her. I had to ask the hostess for more drinks and at one point asked another waitress for condiments. After finishing eating we wanted to order dessert couldn't get any service so we decided we would just pay and leave. Sent my husband and childrem out the door and proceeded to wait a little longer. Went up to the hostess and told her I wanted to pay

The service is BAD! Came into the restaurant and then 3 other couples cam e in after us. We got seated then the other couples got seated. And they all got their orders taken first. Not right. So we got up and left and so did the other group sitting ehind us since we were sitting there for 10 minutes with noone coming to get our order. Does noone care or pay attention anymore? Went to applebees and that was AMAZING SERVICE! Not going back to robin no more.

It’s the second visit in a row, where the service was absolutely terrible. They forgot one of our appetizers so we had to remind them twice. He also had To ask multiple times for each of the following, sweetener for the tea, sauces, lids for sauces. I could go on if I wanted to. But it will be better if I just wait a while before I decide to give them another chance.

You can’t go wrong with Red Robin. There’s a great selection of burgers,sandwiches, salads and more … each choice is a delicious option. Friendly atmosphere and attentive staff. You won’t leave hungry, guaranteed!
