Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

On the evening of Saturday 1/3/26, we found sufficient parking at busy restaurant. We were seated promptly and orders soon thereafter. The menu had many tantalizing offerings. Our waitress, Labrea, was efficient and attentive. She brought hot fries as an appetizer. We ordered the Bacon n Blue, Whiskey BBQ bacon, and Yummy burgers. The burgers came promptly and all were hot and tasty. I recommend the Red Ribin seasoning for the fries. When too busy or tired to prepare one's supper, this is th place to go. Payment of the meal was accomplished via a Ziosk device. We had 2 devices on our table. One didn't work. After giving up, we found second device and it finally started working. We found the check, first applied a gift card, and then we couldn't proceed to pay the balance. The waitress br

Red Robin, usually one of my favorite spots, really disappointed me. I picked up a Red Tavern Double Burger for my kids, but it only had one patty and just a few fries on the side. I trusted the quality, but after this careless service, I probably won’t be driving 20+ minutes here anymore. Check the photo !!

Ayla was our server today and she was super nice and understanding. My son’s pizza wasn’t to his standards and we requested another item off the menu for him. She didn’t make a fuss at all and fixed the issue immediately. My California big sandwich was super good and my boyfriend said his burger was good too. Not a long wait time for food or service. I would definitely come again.

We had such a nice experience here this evening. Our server, Betty was fantastic!! She was very personable with every table she interacted with. We caved and got the fried donuts for dessert and we were glad we did!

My wife, son and I arrived and were told 15 min wait. 30 min passed and I asked for the status, I was told there were still a lot of people ahead of us becayse they were seating larger parties first. So my family has to wait a whole lot longer and have other people who came in well after us go first because they have guaranteed tips??? I am a disabled vet and standing around for that was not something I can physically do because of the pain. Poor policy and you guys just lost me as a customer, and we used to come eat often.
