Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Prompt service. They were nice but not very attentive. The booth forced us to sit smashed into the table. $15 for an onion ring appetizer. Pricey for what you get. No real issues. Ok overall.

I love coming here. We usually have great service and experiences. But this past weekend, unfortunately there were some troubles. Our server was very all over the place, he forgot to put in our appetizers. when we asked him about it he offered to put it in then, but we would have gotten our appetizers at the same time as our meals. Then, at the end of our meal. We had finished a basket of fries and went to stack the basket on top of the others. We found OLD FOOD inside of the basket. None of us had broccoli during our meal. We showed the manager, who was of course very apologetic. My only hope by writing this review is that they get their hygiene under control. I was grossed out that we ate out of a dirty basket.

We got there right at opening. Place was clean, pleasant, bright. Service was great. Food was amazing. We had the Burning Love Burger and the A1 Burger, with endless fries and sweet potatoes fries. And a chicken meal. Burgers were cooked to our liking. Burgers we got were around $14-17 each. The chicken was $14 I believe. Absolutely nothing to complain about here.

Haley was AWESOME! Great service and always kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed which we loved! We hope to be able to request her in the future! Also .. those bacon fondue burgers we ordered ?? YUMMMMM !!!

First visit ever to this location. Birthday " Free Burger" brought us in. But........ The service / server, kitchen speed and atmosphere will make us regulars. Hostess sat us quickly. Told us Shawna would take care of us, Shawna who was nearby, affirmed that with her welcome. Such a superb server. Knew the menu backwards and forwards, she offered me any 🍔 or a 🐔 sandwich for my birthday freebie. Also, she offered and showed off the desert menu. Next visit, chocolate malt and homemade Donuts for sure. So I ordered the Monster Burger $17 with endless fries. And an Arnold Palmer. My date orderd the Avo-Cobb-Salad It was a flamboyant presentation. The kitchen was super quick and made everything as requested. We sat down at 1pm ordered. Food was dropped off at 1:13pm #Wow Shawna
