Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I usually love Red Robin and have been part of the loyalty program for years, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. The service was very inconsistent and extremely slow. When our food finally arrived, it was cold — including my child’s mac & cheese. Not once, not twice, but three times. I genuinely don’t understand how mac & cheese for a kid gets sent out cold three separate times. What made it worse were the attempts to “fix” the situation. Each replacement still came out poorly executed, and by that point the entire table experience was disrupted. Awesome experience, went yesterday for lunch it was the first time my friend and I have been in over 10 years. Everyone was so friendly and the food and drinks were delicious. Definitely will come back again. Shout out to our waiter MJ they were great!! 😊

Food was phenomenal as always. I have never had a bad burger here. Whiskey river BBQ is my go to and I always demolish it. Pair it with the bottomless fries and some pretzel bites as an app and its a perfect combination.

My partner and I come to the Cherry Hill location a few times a month. The issue I have is that you never know what kind of service you’ll get. These young servers work for tips but don’t like to move like they want the $$$. It’s supposed to “bottomless” sides and “free” refills on beverages, but you it’s a good chance you won’t find your server to ask for this or for them to notice. There have a been a few times they we were never asked for a refill or another order off sides. The server passed by us numerous times and complete silence. These young ones are lazy. People pay a lot of $$$ to go out and eat and expect decent service! Even when we do get bottomless sides, you get sea rations. Common sense would say if you see that persons drink is empty, ask them if they want a refill, how a
