Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I have eaten at this location at least 30 times over the years. Always good service, beer is always cold, food us always hot, and overall a nice clean restaurant to take the family to. Seems to be buy everytime we go so they must be doing something correct.

1/14/26 We had a little time to kill, as my child has stage four cancer, she was in need of a blood transfusion, we thought as parents having a rough day, we could relax, sit down and eat together as husband and wife, the server was nice and polite, we ordered drinks and an appetizer, no problem, we sat before two other couples of no color, they came, they ordered and were served their food immediately, like within 15-20 min, we sat there for 55 minutes and still not served our food. By that time I was even more hungry and we just decided to leave and grab a bite to eat on the way back to Billings Clinic. The manager was kind enough to pay for our drinks and appetizer but if they didn't want to serve us because of our skin color, which I don't want to believe, they should have just said th

Have a hankering for a good burger? This is your place! The PopPop Fizz drink was super yummy too! (I wouldn't recommend getting the beaker unless you wanna get messed up haha)

I had the California chicken sandwich and it was good. Sweet potato fries were yummy too. We go here with my mom whenever we're in town. Service was a little slow this time but still friendly and the food was hot.

Ive been going to Red Robin for over 30 years and the food has stayed pretty yummy and consistant. My only 2 cents is that the last few times I've been in the fries come out soggy from the fryer. The flavor is tasty but just greasy and not crisp. (At least the last 5 times.) The cheese bacon fondue is a very yummy dip. I do recommend. Just wish the fries would be crisper. Still an overall positive experience.
