Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Family friendly establishment with a sports bar vibe offering a variety of local brews and TVs throughout, making it a great place to have a meal and watch the game. Great service with friendly, attentive and efficient staff. We were greeted and seated immediately, and our order was taken within minutes of our arrival. Staff answered all our questions and checked in us regularly ensuring we had what we needed and that everything was to our satisfaction. The menu offers a variety of burgers and a selection of other great options to choose from. We ordered the Red Robin Gourmet Cheeseburger, the Southern Charm burger, the Jalapeno Heatwave with lettuce bun, Boneless Chicken Bites with chips, French fries, coleslaw and Caesar salad. I’ve been craving Red Robin’s fries for a few weeks so while I was on that part of town, I went. I was immediately greeted by a hostess and sat at the bar. Upon being sat, my bartender acknowledged me and brought the food and dinner menus. I chose the pear house margarita and the Big Yummy Value Meal. Red’s Double Tavern burger, bottomless fries and a bev. My food hit the spot and as always, I was unable to finish my second order of fries. Fast and attentive service and ample parking!

I come here when I'm in town from Canada several times a month and although the servers have always been nice ....there are definitely some issues that management needs to be addressed but AGAIN, when manager IS present...they seem annoyed by by my request! Which is insane because I'm actually asking you to do less work.... Do less... Waste less. Why do you find this upsetting and offensive? There are always errors with the Ceasar salad. For the love of all that is holy....it's a SALAD NOT A SOUP. Could you pleeeeeeeze stop drowning it in dressing. When I ask for light dressing - it comes in the side. I don't want it on the side. I want you to do your bare minimum job kitchen. He's less dressing... And don't put croutons in it . Saves you money by the way And today? Salad comes out not

We hadn’t crossed the border in several years (just before COVID), and finally made a trip. Red Robin is always a necessary stop! The hamburgers and fries were just as good as I remembered. The fries were warm, but asking for hot fresh batches is easy! I highly recommend the complimentary dips! Our server was friendly and efficient, and I was surprised to see an offer on my phone when I logged in (on the tablet for each table)! Notes: - Plenty of free parking - Free drink refills - Endless steak fries - We like to order our burgers “no pink”

We are always greeted friendly when we go to Red Robin, we get a good choice of seats and a server comes right over with our drink order and our food comes so quick. It's hard to believe the server comes multiple times to make sure we have enough napkins, drinks, and anything else we might need. We love Red Robin. We come often and we find it a good value with plenty of food. We always have leftovers and I would recommend it to anybody. The cheeseburger and the chicken wings or chicken bites without bones are delicious and that's what we always get
