Red Pipes Cafe

Stopped by Red Pipes Café with a group of seven for a casual brunch. The space has a cozy coffee-shop vibe. We were a bit loud, but no one seemed to mind. There’s no table service—you order and pay at the register, and the food is brought to your table. We were initially expecting full service, so just something to keep in mind if that’s what you’re looking for. The menu has a nice mix of breakfast and lunch options, and the prices are reasonable for Forest Hills. We all ordered different specialty coffee drinks and they were delicious. Overall, it’s a nice spot if you’re looking for a casual, last-minute place to catch up with friends. ☕

Red Pipes is a great option for a relaxing, warm, and welcoming cup of tea, coffee, and a snack. I have never had a negative experience here. Lots of tea options - herbal and caffeinated - apple cider, lemonade, coffees, gluten free pastries (!!!), and light lunch options. The atmosphere is casual and conducive to sitting by yourself or meeting a friend. I've seen people of all ages, races, backgrounds here - students studying together, retired ladies having a group gathering, people working with their laptops..the whole range. Really appreciate the gluten free pastries which are nigh impossible to find in this neighborhood. High recommend - this area has lots of coffee places but this one has a very homey and relaxed energy about it.

I love this cozy coffee shop! The atmosphere is warm, and the staff are incredibly friendly. It’s quickly become my girlfriend’s and my new favorite spot.

This place is the best ever. Great coffee and soup, cool decor, and just a wonderful atmosphere. The Wifi is fast and everyone is respectful, so you can get work done or just read and relax. I came in recently and watched an older man teach a toddler how to play guitar. Warm and fuzzy place :)
