Best blueberries scones in the Tri-Cities. Super soft and moist. They had many more options I’ll have to comeback to try.

This place is absolutely awesome! It may take folks time to totally understand the concept, but the venue affords new and experienced restauranteurs the opportunity to test a concept or try something new as their model evolves. When reviewing this place I’m cognizant that a lot of restaurants are using the commercial kitchen and pop-up space to test things out; it won’t always be perfect but it provides Entrepreneurs the opportunity to work out the kinks before they launch into prime time. We sorely needed this in Downtown Kennewick, and it’s such an awesome opportunity for the community to experience new restaurants, business models, and local flavor. Way to go Bauers!

Great place for commercial kitchen use. Below picture is from the pop up space where chefs can sell their food. Visited hot mess burgers here and it was amazingly delicious.

I went yesterday to try out a new restaurant that will be opening soon in their own brick and mortar building. This place has several tables, and a few outdoor tables. Simple, but nice atmosphere. Very clean. It's a good business for our downtown Kennewick. Parking is minimal with a couple handicapped spots. I always buy something from the varied businesses using the kitchen. I go almost every week! I frequently shop at The Rise and Shine Bakery, and the Farmers Market when in Season.
