Cuba Libre Authentic Cuban food

Such a fun food truck! We went to try new things, and we’re definitely coming back. We ordered the Cuban sandwich, pork plate, papas rellenas, and croquetas… mmmm 😋 Their sauce (fancy Cuban fry sauce?) was so yummy on everything, especially the sandwich. Lovely service, too, thank you! PS all that food to feed a family of six, and we still had leftovers. 🤘and the kids loved it!

Absolutely amazing! After eating this meal, I was ready to move to Cuba! I could eat food like this every day. The owners were so kind too! I worked in the coffee industry for 8 years, and Cuban coffee is fantastic. It smelled dreamy, had a bold flavor with a little sweetness. If you’re an espresso lover and like a strong coffee, this is for you! As for the food, the meat was juicy, tender, and paired so well with the rice and beans that were also packed full of flavors. Adding plantain bites pairs so well with this meal. I’ll be back, and then back again, and a few more times. Highly recommend!! Also, get the croquetas cubanas! You won’t regret it.

You know that one scene of Rattatouile where the food critic tastes the food and he flashes back to his childhood? Well that happened to me when eating their stuffed potato, shot me right back to childhood ih Cuba. 2 major problems with that. I am white and grew up in western Washington state. What I am trying to say is that this place has the best food I have ever tasted full stop. My father is a chef, has been for 45 years and could only imagine what it is like to cook food as gopd as the woman in this lil food truck can. Honestly, its life changing how good it was. I have nevet had food make me completely stop whatever thought process I was on bc it was that good. I cannot rave enough. Go here. Eat this food.

Amazing authentic Cuban food. My Cuban husband says it reminds him of everything back home. We will definitely visit more often

Stopped by hoping I could get something gluten free. OMG so good. Had the pulled pork and the shredded beef platters. Delightful ❤️
