Chills Froyo & Custard

First time here and will be returning. I got the peppermint and eggnog with the coconut and the flavors are so rich and delicious. This place is a gem. I like that they have games for you to play with friends and family also.

Great tasting custard & yogurt! So many great options for mix-ins too! By far the best in town! Very reasonably priced too. Wonderful customer service as well.

I usually love how my açaí bowls are given here, but today it wasn’t thick enough. It looks complely watered down.

My favorite place for a frozen treat in Tri-Cities. I’ve been coming here since they first opened up and have been loyal since then. We always feel welcome and have our favorite spot to sit at when we visit. We eat our frozen treats and then spend time playing a variety of games they have available. As much as I want to shout to the world how great this place is I also low-key want to keep it to myself so no one will take my special bench/seat lol. Twice a week after my son has Taekwondo practice, we stop by afterwards as a treat for his hard work (I will literally find any reason to go into Chills). During the winter or anytime I am feeling too cold or lazy, maybe even having chills myself, I will Door Dash from Chills Froyo and they always do a great job of putting it all together and p

The staff is always friendly, and you can often find the owner there, ensuring that every customer has a great experience—her presence really adds a personal touch. They offer a fantastic variety of flavors, and their dairy-free options, especially the Dole Pineapple Whip, are absolutely delicious! Whether you’re a fan of traditional custard or looking for something lighter, Chills has something for everyone. Highly recommend stopping by for a treat!
