Red Mango

Just what I need on this hot afternoon! The space is so colorful and they serve amazing frozen yogurt. I love the many flavors and delicious topping that they offer! Mine had a little bit of everything! I saw that they also have smoothies but we wanted frozen yogurt!

I’m here at red Mango with a line of people they decided to close because they had to take garbage out. They close at 10pm currently it’s 7pm, the line is long an around the corner. the guy said he locked up because he has to take out the garbage out, there’s staff inside an no one is doing anything, while its pouring rain outside, and we had to wait. Be aware do not come to this red mango is extremely unprofessional. Here’s a picture of all the people who waited outside in the rain for the door to open. And the Inconsiderate Clown who was no Help.

Last night me and my girlfriend went out and entered red mango. I been coming here for years. But today I was truly disgusted with how unsanitary this place is. First of all we enter and I tried to pour out the flavor slam dunk and it came out in liquid form, then I tried vanilla and it had black dirt mixed in. The machines were for a fact not clean well…..pretty disappointing and hope the place cleans better.

I placed a pickup order through DoorDash and arrived about 10–15 minutes later expecting it to be ready or at least in progress. When I got there, my order hadn’t been started at all. I had initially sent my mother to pick it up for me. She entered the store first, but shortly after, four other customers walked in. Despite the fact that my order had already been placed and she had arrived before them, the worker chose to take their orders and prepare them first. My mother was told she had to wait, even though her order had been placed ahead of time. To make things worse, my mother doesn’t speak English fluently, and it was very clear she was being dismissed because of that. I used to be a regular customer at this Red Mango location and visited many times over a long period. Unfortunately, the more often I went, the more I started noticing serious problems that made me stop coming entirely. The staff and supervisors are poorly trained, especially when it comes to basic hygiene and food safety. Food allergies are not handled properly at all, and there is no real effort to prevent cross-contamination. Many employees also seem to have a consistently negative attitude, which makes the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. From the customer side of the counter, I personally noticed yogurt being refilled and reused in the same plastic containers, which is extremely concerning for any food establishment.
