Red Lobster

Red Lobster is great overall but some locations are better than others, the extra care of a server, the extra quick welcome and smile of the greeter acknowledging you as soon as you walk through the door, the teamwork that you can sense in the air by one team member taking your order another one bringing it to your table to support a team mate. Such a beautiful experience overall. Food was great, but the service and care delivered with authenticity made the experience even better. Called and placed order for carryout. Parking lot and restaurant was almost empty but some people arrived after we arrived to pickup our dinner. Salad was not fresh at all. Salad dressing was more runny than thick. Salmon and the other food was okay. Waited several minutes for my order to be ready. Their time estimate was accurate. They told me about 20 to 25 minutes. Bread was hot when we picked it up. Personnel was eager to get my order to me. Had to pickup at the bar and the bartender went in the back to get the person that served my food and accepted payment. Apple Google (tap to) Pay not available. Had to go back to my vehicle and get my plastic credit card to pay.

This was my first time visiting this location. We had Keny as our server and he was very attentive and kind. The meal was enjoyable overall and the portions were a good size, but the venue did have a light mildew/sewage odor by the front door. If you decide to dine here, request sitting closer to the back.

THE PEACEFULNESS OF THE RESTAURANT IS GOOD. THE FOOD IS PREPARED WELL AND THE FLAVOR TASTES EXTRAORDINARY. KENY IS VERY COOL AND MAGNIFICENT. KENY IS THE BEST KENY IN THE STATE OF VIRGINIA. EVER SINCE 1953 BACK WHEN.

Rachel W was a nice and attentive server. I really enjoyed her service. The food was great I enjoyed it. She deserves a raise. Great service
