Red Lobster

Okay I can’t GUSH enough about this experience! I loved Red Lobster 🦞 as a kid and wanted to take my kids there. I have 4 littles 9,7,4, and 2. This place was quiet, very clean, and the atmosphere was nostalgic. Our server Kyli was such a sweetheart. She was attentive without smothering. Kids LOVED the pasta and looking at the lobsters in the tank. The food was delicious, large portions that were definitely worth the money we paid. We are DEFINITELY going back when we go through Springfield again.

The fact we have been here for an hour and a half waiting for food when it's not busy is insane! Waited 30 mins to get our drinks 50 mins for our food which came out wrong and cold now waiting another 45 mins for the remake. The table across from us waited 45 mins for their bill. Smh do not recommend

Kelcie is a wonderful server. Always friendly and gets your order correct. She shows her abilities professionally. The food was served in a timely manner and was cooked well even during the lunch rush. Great service from the time I walked into the door until the time I walked out. Great friendly staff who always acknowledge your presence.

Abra and Kelcie made sure to take such great care of me after a bad experience. I couldn’t be any more greatful. They made sure to correct my order, they were so polite and made sure I was taken care of to the extent I want to come back. I work in service and I appreciate that beyond belief. Great customer service from those to together. Keep it up, I’ll be back.
