Red Lobster

We always have such a fantastic time at this San Bruno Red Lobster. The food is cooked perfectly and the wait staff is nice and attentive. The Manager, Andrew, is so kind and friendly. He runs a tight ship. We come here for special occasions and memorable times. Love this place!

Food was as expected for a seafood chain restaurant. Lobster was good, crab was sweet, food is kind of oily/heavy sometimes. Value is alright. Service was strange. Our server was very nice in the initial greeting, but quite absent for the the next ~30 min when we had to ask 3-4x for water/sauce. It was about 4pm so not super busy. But I'd say in the first half hour, there were maybe two half-check ins where she quickly walked by and asked if everything was okay, but there was no deceleration in walking speed. Why ask if you're not gonna stop and listen when we respond? Anyway we tried asking other servers but it seems they were assigned to other tables. She and a man better dressed (probably the manager) were very attentive to the table next to us during that half hour, so perhaps they we

First time eating at Red Lobster and it didn't disappoint. We were seated immediately and our server Will was absolutely wonderful. We ordered the Lobster Flatbread, Lobster and Shrimp Linguini and the Fish and Chips. Absolutely delicious, the Lobster Flatbread is definitely a must try! The strawberry lemonade and Boston Iced Tea Mango was soooo good but their Watermelon Lemonade is one of the best things I've ever had--I'd go back just for that!! Manger Andrew also came by to chat with us which added to the friendly atmosphere. The only unfortunate thing was that they discontinued the lobster mac and cheese which was what we came for but nonetheless, service was stellar (shout out to Will), food was good, drinks were amazing, especially the Watermelon Lemonade :DD

Food was good & fresh. Had a pinacolada slushie cocktail that was yummy. Lobster tail & shrimp was good. The French fries were excellent! Cheddar biscuits SUPER yummy! Staff is friendly. Andrew the manager always comes & greets us at the table.

Went to this location on the evening of 8/22/25 and was seated immediately. This seems to be a larger location and with that being said it was a real delay on getting those cheddar biscuits while looking through the menu. My server was really nice and helpful. Food was fresh and hot but it did take a while to come out. I was unhappy I wasn’t able to enjoy my salad with biscuits as I’ve done for years due to the restaurant not being able to keep up with the biscuit demand. I still like this place and will continue to go and mainly because the really nice manager came to the table and was asking questions which was really cool and it shows he cares. My server did bring me some vanilla cream since it did take long to get food etc. The Purple Haze drink by Dre and Snoop is absolutely DELICIOUS
