Red Lobster

Food lovers be aware: not all Red Lobsters are same. Two weeks ago I posted a positive review after I visited the Red Lobster in the City of Industry, food was good, waiter was attentive, but not in this location: we were told to wait for 30 minutes but actually were seated in 10-15 minutes and that’s really good. And the good part of the visit to this restaurant ends here. We were waiting for at least 5 minutes before the waitress showed up. It was Saturday night at 800pm and so it wasn’t so busy. We had a party of 5 and at the time the waitress showed up, all of us made up the mind what we would like to order. So we placed the order of food at the same time as we ordered the drink. It’s been more than 20 minutes and our drinks were not showed up. I had to interrupted a bus girl and asked

First I would like to say our greeter at the door Annette 💗was absolutely amazing she was so polite and let us know tht the wait time would be 20min and let us know tht we could have full service at the bar which was important to know I only had 40 min to eat . Our waiter was great as well and the food was hot and delicious

My family came to this Red Lobster toncelebrate my mother's 81st heavenly bday. Ive been here b4 on numerous occasions but this time really stood up. The staff was so friendly, patient and punctual. The bartenders Lepe & Jabrien were amazing, approachable and down to earth. When we were seated Harmoni was our waitress and she was on top of everything. She was very intentive and mastered her skills. She dotted every i and crossed every t. The manager Grace is a great leader for the staff to follow. She checked on us a couple of times and made sure everything was right. I will most definitely be coming back soon with this new staff running the restaurant. Job well done.

The food and service was absolutely wonderful. Our server was very polite and showed good hospitality, I believe his name is Jharrell. Inglewood location always had a bad reputation, but they showed me otherwise.

They unfortunately didn't have the seafood boil so we had to order something else but it was also delicious and the portions were good. Highly recommend their shrimp and their dragon calamari. The staff were very welcoming and friendly which made our visit a pleasant one!
