Red Lobster

Tammy was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome with her warm smile and positive attitude. She was attentive without being overbearing, checked in at just the right times, and made sure our drinks were always full. She knew the menu well and gave great recommendations that we ended up loving. Our food came out quickly and exactly as ordered, and she handled every request with patience and kindness. Tammy truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. If you get seated in her section, you’re in great hands. We’ll definitely be back because of her excellent service!

First time in a very long time going to Red Lobster so here’s my experience: I made a reservation for 2 at 6:15pm, When we got there the tables looked empty for a Saturday night, which my first instinct was they were low on servers cause a lot of people were waiting. I noticed the hostesses were chit chatting and I was told that I had to wait 30 minutes even though I had a reservation. The hostess talked to me so quiet I couldn’t hear her. When we got sat, it took a while for a server to come to us which is understandable if they’re low on servers. Once we ordered our drinks and food, everything was 10/10. My boyfriend got the red lobster seafood boil which he thought was great. He said it wasn’t so hot you couldn’t eat your food right away like some seafood boils. I had the pick 2 shrimp

Tay (Devante) did a wonderful job! Great spirit , super quick getting us anything we needed , he did an excellent job checking on us! Great experience would definitely come back for his service and the great food!

Food was delicious. We didn’t have to wait for long. Tammy came right on to our table and greeted us. Her England accent caught our eye right away. She also interacted with our children. They loved her as much as we did. Tammy, thank you for your awesome hospitality. We look forward to dining in again and hope that you will be our waitress again. THANK YOU!

This place has changed a lot since before. Better management, service, and overall food and quality of service was great. Natale is who served us and she was great. Devoured🤤
